A major feature of Gran’s Cottage is the 15 degree raked ceilings in the Kitchen , Meals and Living area. The kitchen is to die for and any master chef would be honoured to work in this large space with an under bench oven , Hotplate and Rangehood.

The bedroom is larger than in most residential homes and includes a Robe with storage and hanging space. As you move into the Bathroom which can be designed with or without an optional Laundry facility. As standard Gran’s Cottage comes with a quaint veranda as a feature from the entry of the unit including a lined ceiling which ties into the lined eaves.

Construction and 6 Star Energy Rating

As with all Classic Granny Flats Range Gran’s Cottage includes an Insulated Panel system with Australian Made Bluescope Steel colorbond material on top incorporating a woodlook ceiling for eaves finishing. She also includes a Polyurethane integrated insulated exterior cladding product which is fixed to an Australian made Bluescope steel frame system with Bulk Batts Insulation giving the required R-Value to comply with a 6 star energy rating. Great Value giving Gran all the comforts and space for single living needs.
