The Corner unit is a large 60 sqm 1 Bed Unit but can be designed as a 2 bedroom unit as well.

The Classic corner unit is perfect where the block allows. It incorporates an open Family, Meals and Kitchen with raked ceilings as a large Bathroom separating the Large Bedroom area. This was a custom design for a younger client with a specific space to fit. The whole unit can be designed around a communal Deck or paved area where a nice Classic would create a beautiful Alfresco with decking or paving. .

The corner unit also includes a Polyurethane integrated insulated exterior cladding product which is fixed to an Australian made Bluescope steel frame system with Bulk Batts Insulation giving the required R-Value to comply with a 6 star energy rating. An Insulated Panel Roof with Bluescope steel is also standard.
